HMTQ's (Net_Queen) Tapenade

16 oz. black olives (pitted)
1 or 2 tablespoons capers
2 or 3 garlic cloves
1/4 cup olive oil (some people use 1/3, but I find it too much)
salt if desired

blend in blender or food processor until looks like caviar (or even finer)

leave in refrigerator at least six hours (ten is better)
