ProudMommy's Cheese Cake
Filling:
16 oz. cream cheese
2/3 pt. sour cream
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 eggs
Crust:
1/2 box graham crackers
1 stick margarine, melted
Crush the graham crackers into crumbs. Mix together
with the melted margarine. Press into cake/pie pan.
Mix together the filling ingredients. Pour into the
crust. Bake in a 375F oven for 10 minutes, then lower
the heat and bake until set. Let it cool with the
oven.
Variations/ Short Cuts:
Use vanilla pudding instead of some of the sugar. Use
plain yogurt instead of sour cream. Reduced or non fat
cream cheese can be substituted for some or all of the
cream cheese.
