Yakityak's Grandma's Very Easy Matzah Farfel Kosher l'Pesach Stuffing
1 box of matzah farfel, wet and drained
1 and 1/2 cup chopped celery
1 large onion chopped
6 eggs beaten
9-12 tsp dehydrated chicken soup mix (beware of MSG!)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup oil or margarine
Saute onion, celery in 1/2 cup oil (or margarine). Mix all ingredients together and place in turkey cavity or a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes or until nicely browned.
