ProudMommy's (Sarah) Pareve Eggless Chocolate Mousse

Here's my all time favorite pareve dessert - its really easy and it's great fun to see people's faces when you tell them what's in it!

1 pkg silken tofu
1 bag (12 oz) pareve chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Melt the chocolate chips - I use the microwave, but stovetop melting works too :-) Let it cool a bit. While it's cooling whirl the tofu in a food processor. Add in the vanilla and melted chocolate and whir it a bit more till looks all nice and chocolatey.

Refrigerate a few hours and serve with strawberries - yummmmm....
