enough salmon fillet for 2 people, cut in bite-size pieces
1.Cut garlic and zucchini (or tomato), sautee a bit in olive oil.

3-4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
1/3 average size zucchini, peeled, cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced (OR 1 small
tomato very thinly sliced)
about 1-3 teaspoons flour
about 1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon grey pouppon mustard
2 servings thin noodles (like Manishevitz fine egg noodles), cooked
olive oil for frying
2. Add pieces of salmon, and saute all together until salmon is done.
3.Add mustard to milk and mix well to dissolve. Pour the milk-mustard mixture on the pan
over fish. Add enough flour, mixing constantly, until the sauce is desired consistency.
4. (If want more sauce, now is the time to repeat step 3).
5. Pour salmon with the sauce over the cooked noodles. Enjoy! and tell me how you liked
