Anuta's (Anna) Dairy Salmon Recipe

This is a recipe I invented recently, and I can't classify it in the Ashkenazi or Sefardi categories. But my father loved it!

enough salmon fillet for 2 people, cut in bite-size pieces
3-4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
1/3 average size zucchini, peeled, cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced (OR 1 small tomato very thinly sliced)
about 1-3 teaspoons flour
about 1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon grey pouppon mustard
2 servings thin noodles (like Manishevitz fine egg noodles), cooked
olive oil for frying

1.Cut garlic and zucchini (or tomato), sautee a bit in olive oil.
2. Add pieces of salmon, and saute all together until salmon is done.
3.Add mustard to milk and mix well to dissolve. Pour the milk-mustard mixture on the pan over fish. Add enough flour, mixing constantly, until the sauce is desired consistency.
4. (If want more sauce, now is the time to repeat step 3).
5. Pour salmon with the sauce over the cooked noodles. Enjoy! and tell me how you liked it.

makes 2 servings
