Iris's Passover Chocolate Wine Cake

8 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. matzoh cake meal
2 Tbs. cocoa
1 orange (juice and rind)
1/4 c. sweet wine
1/2 c. tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat yolks with sugar until thick and lemon-colored. Sift cake meal with cocoa and stir in. Add grated orange rind, juice, and wine. Mix well. Add salt to egg whites; beat until stiff and fold into mixture. Put in tube pan; bake for 50 minutes. Cool upside down.
