Yakityak’s Cheddar Bread

Place all ingredients in a mixer and mix for 6 minutes. Dough should be elastic and pull away from the bowl. If not, adjust with water or flour as needed.

1st rise 45 min in an oven warmed for 2 – 3 minutes and turned off.

Punch down. Shape into a loaf in a seasoned or greased 8X4 pan. Let rise another 45 minutes.

Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.

Produces an evenly textured, firm high-rising loaf of white bread with the tang of cheddar cheese. It’s great for sandwiches.
