Gary's Passover Sponge Cake
Sift dry ingredients. Beat yolks. Add dry ingredients to yolks. Beat whites till stiff, fold in. Bake 1hr at 325.

- 1c Passover cake meal
- 1c sugar
- 1/4 c potato starch
- 12 eggs, separated
- 1c OJ
- juice and zest from 1.5 lemons, and enough water to bring it up to a cup
