10 oz frozen spinach
1/2 lb frozen green beans
1/2 bulb onion, thinly sliced
6-12 green olives, finely chopped
4 huge black olives, sliced (optional)
4 (or more, to taste) cloves fresh garlic, squeezed
1 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 1/4 tablespoon lemon juice
Slice onion. Salt it and mix. Mix with sliced olives. Squeeze in garlic. Add mayo and lemon juice, mix well.
Cook beans and spinach according to package directions. Mix in with the rest.
