Yakityak's Curry Canapes

This is my mother's recipe, and I have no idea where she got it. I'd love to credit it if I knew the source, but it's been in her box a long time and I haven't had any success. Anyway, I have often served this on New Year's eve and now it is fairly well associated in my mind with that celebration. They are easy and addictive. Enjoy.

Combine the first 5 ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate in a covered jar. Spread on toast rounds. Broil until bubbly. Serve immediately.
